We had a lot of fun today making some really nice easter cookies, which were actually dino cookies, but based on a totally easter recipe! Try it and enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g butter
300g sugar (about 1 3/4 cups)
750g flour (about 6 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup milk (warmed up)
vanilla essence
Seperate the egg whites to make meringue. Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the egg yolk,
the meringue and the milk (where you've already added the baking powder and soda). Add vanilla.
Add the flour in the end.
Cook in pre-heated oven at 180oC for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.
